I really appreciate how convenient the Hyatt app is for travel! Booking is straightforward, and I can easily manage my rewards. The keyless entry 'floating key' is a huge plus, though I've had a couple of times where it disappeared – hopefully, they can fix that!

Okay, the Hyatt app is a bit hit-or-miss. Sometimes it works great, letting you book easily and manage your rewards. But other times, things like keyless entry vanish, or it fails to recognize your preferences. It's frustrating when it doesn't work as expected.

The app's good for basic booking and finding hotels, but it falls short on some key features. Like, I was really hoping to stream to my TV via Chromecast, but it just didn't work in the hotel. Also, requesting things like a crib during booking didn't always get fulfilled – it's a shame!
