The app itself is pretty easy to use, but the limited folder capacity is a real problem. It feels like they're intentionally restricting how many recipes you can store. Also, the reward system is overly complicated during checkout – it should be simpler to apply those discounts!

Ugh, this app is a nightmare! It constantly crashes, doesn’t work with the registry, and the customer service is clueless. I've wasted hours trying to add items to my wedding registry, and the checkout process is a total mess. Seriously frustrating!

I love the Williams Sonoma products, but the app is incredibly glitchy. Sorting the registry is useless, and items randomly disappear from the cart. It's a major pain to use, especially when you're trying to plan a big event.
