Absolutely terrible! The driver completely ignored my delivery instructions and left my order at the wrong address. When I contacted customer service, they were completely unhelpful and offered no solution. They basically told me to drive 40 minutes to pick it up myself. The food was fine, but the delivery was a nightmare, and their customer service is shockingly bad. Seriously, avoid this if you value convenience!

I'm so glad Weee exists! As someone who lives far from Asian grocery stores, it's a game-changer. The food is fantastic (I especially love the boba teas!), and the delivery is usually pretty quick. My only complaint is with the unpredictable delivery windows. It's tough to plan my day around a 3-4 hour window. Overall, a great service, but they need to improve the scheduling.

This Weee experience was a real mixed bag! The food itself was great - I got some amazing dumplings – but the delivery issues were frustrating. The driver messed up my order and I had to spend a lot of time resolving it. Customer service was slow, and it was a long wait for a refund. I'll stick with it if the service improves, but it needs a serious overhaul.
