I love the selection Wayfair offers, but the communication is atrocious. Orders get delayed, tracking information is missing, and it’s nearly impossible to get a helpful response. I spent weeks chasing down a missing trampoline and the customer service reps seemed completely clueless. It’s a beautiful mess.

Wayfair's a disaster! I ordered a sofa and it arrived damaged and I am fighting them for the money. Their customer service is completely unresponsive and unhelpful. They make it incredibly difficult to get a resolution to simple issues. Do not buy from them!

Wayfair's a wild ride! Seriously, the sheer volume of stuff is amazing, but the customer service? Forget about it. The delivery issues were a nightmare, and when I finally got someone on the phone, it was like talking to a brick wall. Plus, the constant requests for verification – it's exhausting. Overall, a frustrating experience.
