This app is incredibly frustrating. They've eliminated phone orders, but the app doesn't offer any customization or support. Multiple issues with incorrect orders and no way to resolve them. I ended up with a completely different meal than what I requested, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. I’ll be going elsewhere.

This app is a disaster! It seems Waffle House doesn't want you to actually order easily. No customization, no ability to contact them about issues, and forcing you to order online when they've discontinued phone orders is incredibly frustrating. Multiple orders were incorrect, and I was left without my expected meal. It's a waste of time.

The app is incredibly limited. There's no option to customize your order at all, which is essential for a place like Waffle House. The staff were friendly, but it couldn't make up for the fact that I couldn't get the food prepared to my liking. It feels like they're intentionally making it difficult to order and pick up an order.
