Okay, the app *can* work sometimes, but it's incredibly frustrating. It's slow, buggy, and the interface is clunky. I wish Vizio would prioritize making this app actually useful instead of just a fancy way to lose your remote. It's a gamble whether it will connect, and when it does, it's often slow.

Ugh, this app is a nightmare! Seriously, it's constantly disconnecting, and the setup is a huge pain. I’ve spent hours troubleshooting, and it still doesn't work reliably. The updates seem to make things worse, and the support is useless. I'd stick to a traditional remote – it’s way simpler.

This app has potential, but it's let down by some serious issues. It's okay if you're lucky, but it seems to frequently lose connection and requires constant restarting. The interface feels outdated and confusing. I'd rate it a 3 because it's a somewhat useful backup, but not a replacement for a decent remote.
