The app has some great features, but it's incredibly glitchy. I had major problems with my ticket wallet and being able to scan my passes. Customer support was unhelpful, just repeating that no one could access the app. It was a huge hassle and definitely not worth the frustration.

The app itself has potential, and it was helpful for times when we didn't know where to look for the times. However, many employees at the park couldn’t answer questions about the times and I could always feel people rushing me to make decisions. The mobile ordering also didn't work, which was extremely frustrating. Overall, the app wasn't helpful and I would not use it again.

I was really happy with the app when we were at the park. It helped with finding times, but I would like to see an option added that shows wait times for the express passes. Also, there should be more slots for higher capacity rides and rides with low wait times. I’m giving it 4 stars because it was helpful but needs improvements.

I was charged twice, customer service was completely useless. The employee did not speak with me. The customer service rep claimed no one has access to the information. What’s the point of paying for something I can’t use? I don't recommend coming here.

The app was okay, but the Virtual Line system is a huge problem. Reservations were nearly impossible to get, and when you did, the rides were immediately empty. The reservation system needs a major overhaul to make it more accessible and user-friendly.
