Ugh, this app is a nightmare! Seriously, people are saying their accounts got hacked, and the support just sends password reset links. Plus, it constantly glitches, doesn't let you use coupons, and the payment system is super unreliable – I’ve lost out on sales because of it.

The Ulta app is a struggle. It freezes constantly, links don't work, and the payment system is finicky. I've had multiple instances of my cart disappearing after I tried to checkout. It's frustrating and makes me wish I just shopped on the website.

Okay, sometimes it works, but it's consistently buggy. The booking system is awful, pages don’t load, and the payment verification keeps failing. I'm constantly battling glitches and errors – it’s a huge pain!
