The mapping and neighborhood data are fantastic—crime rates, schools, parking – it's all extremely useful for a prospective buyer. However, the app needs a solution for saved listings that are no longer available. I’ve tried repeatedly to remove them, and they persist, cluttering my saved list. Despite this annoyance, the core functionality is valuable, and I’d recommend it with the caveat of this persistent problem.

I love the map functionality and neighborhood insights, but the search filters are incredibly flawed. It consistently prioritizes units that meet either criteria (like bedroom number or price) instead of actually finding properties that fit my needs. It’s a huge time-waster and a serious bug that needs fixing. The developer's lack of responsiveness to feedback is frustrating.

This app has some great features like neighborhood data and mapping, but it's frustrating when it sends me recommendations for areas I'm not even searching for. The ability to disable location searches is crucial, and the lack of a response to my requests is a major issue. It’s a wave for getting your house hunting started but needs some serious UX improvements.
