I absolutely LOVE the Till card! It’s perfect for my kids' allowance and helps them learn financial responsibility. It's so much simpler than other apps that are full of bells and whistles. It’s fantastic that kids can easily track their savings goals too. The customer service was incredible; Kevin was a huge help setting up the account and quickly resolved an issue when the card balance was too low for my daughter’s trip. Highly recommend!

I was really impressed with Till's quick response when my daughter’s card balance was too low for her trip. Kevin's assistance was invaluable! However, the whole experience highlighted a major problem: the strict weekly loading limit ($500) is incredibly restrictive for a family trip. It forces parents to plan weeks in advance, which isn't practical. The account setup was also unnecessarily complicated asking for a lot of personal information and could be simpler and more user friendly.

This app had a great start with Kevin's exceptional customer service during a stressful situation! He really stepped up to resolve an account closure issue when my daughter's debit card was unexpectedly frozen due to a family member's mistake. However, the initial account setup process felt overly complicated, asking for excessive personal information for a 13-year-old, which was a significant concern. The 3-5 day delay for funds to transfer was also frustrating, and I hope they streamline that process.
