The NBC app is incredibly glitchy and unreliable. I’ve experienced frequent crashes, buffering issues, and an overwhelming number of ads. It’s especially frustrating because I'm paying for a streaming service, and I shouldn't have to deal with constant technical problems. The app's design feels outdated, and the user experience is poor. I’m seriously considering canceling my subscription until NBC addresses these serious issues.

I am extremely disappointed with this app. It's consistently plagued by issues – the video freezes, the audio cuts out, and the ads are relentless. It's utterly unusable. The developers need to prioritize fixing these problems and address the high ad frequency. Frankly, I’d rather watch over-the-air TV than deal with this app again. Seriously, NBC, what are you doing?!

This app is a complete disaster! I've been trying to watch AGT and it's constantly freezing, buffering, and riddled with ads. The interface is confusing, the playback is unreliable, and the constant interruptions make it impossible to enjoy. I’ve wasted countless hours just trying to watch a single episode. NBC needs to seriously invest in fixing this app – it’s embarrassing and frustrating.
