Seriously, this app is a mess! Downloads get stuck constantly, and I'm often left with missing sections or a completely blank paper. It's incredibly unreliable, and I've wasted so much time trying to get the daily Globe. Customer support hasn’t helped at all!

This app is pretty frustrating! Sometimes the paper just doesn’t load, and you're stuck with yesterday’s edition. It’s annoying when you’re trying to read the news first thing in the morning. They really need to fix the loading issues.

I like the full-page view, but it's inconsistent. Sometimes the app freezes or doesn't load the current day's paper, which is a huge bummer. Plus, the font size isn't always adjustable - I wish it saved my preferences.
