The promised conversion rates are great, but the app is riddled with issues. Many users complain about accounts being frozen and the inability to resolve problems. It seems the app was released without proper testing, and the customer support is consistently unhelpful and unresponsive. While the rates *could* be good, the risk of not getting your money back is too high.

This app is a nightmare! Seriously, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Several users have reported accounts being frozen for no reason, and getting any kind of resolution is nearly impossible. The fact that accounts get suspended without explanation is incredibly frustrating and makes it impossible to trust. Plus, the repeated stories of users being asked for excessive personal information are deeply concerning. Avoid!

I’m incredibly disappointed with Taptap Send. The app itself seems half-baked, and the customer service is atrocious. People are freezing accounts, misdirecting funds, and failing to respond to inquiries. It's completely unreliable, and I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone. It feels like a scam.
