I like Taco Bell, but this app is a major inconvenience. It seems to randomly disconnect me from the store, and sometimes the order is just completely wrong. It's a lot of effort to get a simple order done, and I’m not sure why I bother. I will stick to ordering at the restaurant - it's less stressful!

This app is a complete nightmare! I ordered a taco and got a series of frustrating problems - the app wasn't updating, the order got mixed up, and I was told my order wasn't even there. The customer service was useless, and I wasted over an hour of my time. Don't use it!

The Taco Bell app is incredibly unreliable. I've had multiple issues with it, including order errors, connectivity problems, and the app locking me out. It's frustrating when you're hungry and just want to order a simple taco. I’m not sure how much longer I can tolerate this constant hassle.
