The biggest issue with Swagbucks is their tracking system. I spent hours playing games and submitting receipts, only to have my account closed due to unverified activity. It's incredibly frustrating when you put in the effort and then get penalized. Customer service was unhelpful, offering only a generic apology. It feels like a scam - they profit from your time and effort without actually delivering on their promises. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Okay, so this app is a mixed bag. It's decent for earning a few extra bucks through surveys and receipts, but be prepared for frustration. Many surveys get you disqualified after only a few minutes, and the points rewards are often minimal. It’s a grind, but if you're patient, you can accumulate some gift cards. Just don't expect to get rich!

Swagbucks is consistently disappointing. The surveys are riddled with issues – you'll be disqualified constantly, and the rewards are ridiculously low. The receipt tracking is a complete mess; they flag duplicates, ignore valid purchases, and provide useless responses when you contact customer support. I've wasted countless hours trying to earn even a small amount of money, and it's clear the system is designed to frustrate users. Don't waste your time with this app – there are better options out there.
