This is the worst ticket buying experience I've ever had. They completely messed up my concert tickets, lied to me repeatedly, and provided zero support. Don't waste your time or money with StubHub – it's a scam!

I was incredibly frustrated with StubHub. My Taylor Swift tickets never arrived, and their customer service offered no real solution. They essentially left me stranded and out a lot of money. The lack of accountability is unacceptable.

StubHub is a complete nightmare! I purchased tickets for a Cubs game and had a disastrous experience with constantly shifting details and a complete lack of communication. The seats weren’t together as advertised, and they pressured me into a rushed, incorrect listing. Absolutely avoid this company.
