This app is a scam! It pretends to be free, but then it demands money. The instructions are bizarre, and the whole experience feels predatory. I lost money trying to use it, and I advise everyone to steer clear. Don’t waste your time or money!

Honestly, this app was a huge letdown. I was really hoping for a good free stretching routine, but it immediately tried to charge me. The height input was also completely wonky, and the plan felt random. It’s not a terrible app, but with the confusing pricing and poor design, I’d look for something else.
