The app is a complete nightmare! I’ve tried multiple times to get it to work, and it’s always the same – confusing prompts, endless logging in, and lost rewards. It feels like a deliberate attempt to discourage customers from using the rewards program. I'm extremely disappointed!

I absolutely love this app! It's so easy to see my rewards and show them to the cashier. The interface is clear and intuitive, and it’s saved me a ton of time. A fantastic tool for managing my Staples rewards!

The app is actually quite good once you get past the initial login! It's so convenient to see my reward credits and show them to the cashier. It’s much easier than printing out certificates. I would just love it to be more user-friendly, but it's still a big improvement over the old system.

I really wanted to love this app, but it's a major pain. The sign-up process is unnecessarily complicated, and even after logging in, it constantly glitches. I've wasted so much time trying to use the rewards program. Staples, please simplify this app – it needs a serious overhaul.

While I appreciate the effort to streamline the rewards program, the app is poorly designed. It’s confusing and takes too long to navigate. As a Staples associate, I’m constantly explaining this app to frustrated customers, and it’s a significant drain on my time. It’s a decent idea, but needs a major update.
