This app is a huge pain! It’s glitchy, doesn’t track online deals, and the biggest issue is that rewards can’t be redeemed online. Plus, forcing you to add a 'Sonny’s BBQ Wallet' card is ridiculous – seriously frustrating!

While the app has potential, it's plagued by issues. Items disappear when you try to order, online rewards redemption doesn’t work, and sometimes it just won’t even open! Hopefully, they can fix these problems and make it a valuable tool for earning rewards.
