This app is a nightmare! Users are constantly bombarded with prompts asking for subscriptions, even after purchasing the printer. It’s incredibly confusing, the support is terrible, and it feels like a massive money grab. Seriously, avoid this!

I'm extremely disappointed. The printer itself seems to work okay, but the app is a disaster. It’s packed with upsells and constant reminders for subscriptions. The setup is complicated, and the customer support is a joke. It feels like HP is intentionally making it difficult to use their products.

The HP Smart app is incredibly frustrating. Setting up the printer is a huge hassle, with constant requests for subscriptions. Many users have reported issues with the printer not working properly, and the customer support is difficult to reach and unhelpful. It's a significant step backward.
