I had major issues with customer service – they were unresponsive and frustratingly automated. The shipping was incredibly slow, and I experienced a frustrating situation where a promised ‘free gift’ never materialized due to complex and confusing game mechanics. Despite some good quality items, the overall experience was negatively impacted by the unreliable service and confusing reward system.

This app is a mixed bag! While the clothing selection is fantastic and the prices are unbeatable, the shipping times can be *really* long – often taking a week or more. The rewards system is also a bit frustrating, especially with the ‘Puppy Keep’ game which resets constantly. Overall, if you're patient and looking for affordable fashion, it's a good app, but be prepared for potential shipping delays.

I absolutely love the variety of styles and prices on Shein, and the clothing quality is generally good for the cost. However, sizing is a major issue – I consistently need to order larger sizes. Also, the ‘free gifts’ and reward games are extremely complicated and time-consuming, and often don't work as advertised. Despite these issues, it’s a decent app for budget-conscious shoppers, just be prepared for potential surprises!
