I'm incredibly disappointed with the app! It constantly crashes, the search function doesn't work, and the 'try-on' feature is completely unreliable. It seems like they haven't invested in fixing this app and I've wasted so much time trying to get it to work. I'm seriously considering just shopping in-store anymore.

The Sephora app is generally good, but it's frustrating when things glitch. The search function can be wonky, and sometimes the 'try-on' feature gives bizarre color results. Also, the chat feature is a pain to use - it keeps kicking me back to the top of the list. Hopefully, they can fix these issues!

This app is fantastic! I absolutely love being able to easily find and order all my favorite Sephora products. The suggestions are spot on, and I especially appreciate the ability to save my loves lists – it’s a lifesaver for remembering items I’ve been eyeing. The rewards program is great too!
