This app is a nightmare! I've had multiple issues with delayed transfers and unresponsive customer service. The support team gave me the runaround and didn’t resolve my problems. Definitely not reliable.

The app itself seems okay, but the customer support is a huge problem. I waited over an hour on the phone, and then they cancelled a transaction without explanation. It's frustrating to use an app with such poor service.
