I'm really disappointed with the subscription issues. I’ve been charged repeatedly for a single purchase and can’t access the other grade levels. Plus, customer support hasn't responded to my emails! Seriously considering canceling.

My son is really enjoying these learning games - it's great to see him engaged! However, it's frustrating that the subscription isn't working as described - we were told we could access all grade levels with one purchase, but it's not happening. Hopefully they'll sort this out.

Okay, the games are pretty fun for the kids, but I ran into some issues. The subscription wouldn't go past the payment screen, and we kept getting connection errors when trying to sign up. Needs some serious bug fixing!
