While SeatGeek might offer slightly better prices than other resale apps, the user experience is severely lacking. I had problems with delayed ticket delivery, difficulty accessing my tickets, and a frustratingly slow customer support process. It's a gamble – you might get lucky, but don't expect a smooth or reliable experience.

SeatGeek's ticketing process is incredibly frustrating. I had multiple issues with missing tickets, confusing grandstand locations, and a completely unresponsive customer service team. It felt like they were actively trying to make the process as difficult as possible. I wouldn't recommend using this app for a seamless ticketing experience.

This app is a complete nightmare! I lost almost an entire World Series game and wasted hundreds of dollars. The customer service is nonexistent, constantly bouncing me between reps and offering no real solutions. It's clear they prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. Seriously, avoid this app – you’ll regret it.
