Ugh, this app is a mess! The rewards program is now super complicated, and they've made it nearly impossible to earn points. Plus, glitches are a constant issue - I had to reorder twice because the app messed up my order. Seriously frustrating!

It's a decent app, but the login issues are a huge problem. They've made it passwordless, and it constantly fails. I lost a reward I was entitled to, and I'm worried about future access. Needs serious fixing!

The app itself is okay, but the customization options are sorely lacking. I can't even order a cold brew with less ice or a shot of espresso! It's a shame because the rewards program is pretty good, but this one little thing really holds it back.
