The app is riddled with frustrating issues. The biggest one is the inability to save changes to my sitter profile – updates disappear! Also, the "Depends" option for dog-friendliness doesn't show up on the pet's profile, which is crucial information. The icons are confusing, and the support is unhelpful. I'm an experienced app user and this is a frustrating experience.

This app is a nightmare! The fees are outrageous, the customer support is useless, and the UI is confusing. I had a terrible experience when a fake account contacted me, and Rover did nothing to help. They basically left me to deal with a potential scammer. I'm extremely disappointed.

I use Rover to find dog walkers and sitters, and it’s been generally helpful. However, the booking fees are ridiculously high (20% + fees!). It makes it difficult to build a sustainable business. Also, the app needs better options for handling complex care requests, like multiple visits over a weekend.

As a pet sitter, Rover has been a lifesaver! It’s easy to manage my bookings and communicate with clients. However, I wish the app would allow for more flexible pricing options for multi-day bookings. Also, the booking fees are a bit steep, but I understand they need to make money. The app is well-designed and intuitive, and I’d highly recommend it to other pet lovers.

I absolutely love Rover! As a dog sitter, the app is fantastic for managing my bookings and communicating with clients. My only suggestion would be to make it easier to modify bookings after they're confirmed, as I've had a few instances where the pricing wasn't quite right. Overall, a great app!
