Roadie support is shockingly bad. Drivers are completely ignored, and there's no reliable way to get help when things go wrong. The app itself is buggy and frustrating, leading to lost gigs and wasted time. It's clear they don't value their drivers.

This app is a complete nightmare! The support is non-existent, emails go unanswered, and the app constantly freezes, especially when driving. It's incredibly dangerous and frustrating – I've been forced to drive back hours to scan unpaid deliveries. The worst app experience I've ever had.

The app has serious issues. The selfie requirements are excessive and unreliable, sometimes causing missed deliveries. Pay is also very low compared to mileage, and support is virtually impossible to reach. A major overhaul is desperately needed.
