This company is a complete scam! They take your money, don’t deliver the medication, and then ignore you. I was promised a refund, but they won’t respond. I’ve wasted my time and money, and I would urge everyone to avoid this service at all costs.

This app is a disaster! I was so hopeful after Ro answered my prayers and helped me get my life back, but the customer service is absolutely atrocious. They don't respond, messages disappear, and it’s like talking to a brick wall. My experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

I started with such high expectations, but the app is clunky and unreliable. It's a constant battle to log my doses and track my progress. Then, to add insult to injury, they constantly mess up my insurance information and fail to respond to my messages. The whole process has been incredibly slow and confusing, and I’m seriously considering canceling.
