The Regal app is generally good, especially for redeeming rewards and selecting seats in advance. However, I've encountered some frustrating bugs – occasional login issues and the seat selection limitations (only being able to book seats together, not leave a single seat open). It needs some improvements for a smoother experience.

I was extremely disappointed with this app. The glitches, particularly the inability to book single tickets with open seats, is incredibly frustrating. The aggressive advertising and the inability to seamlessly use gift cards further compounded the issue. Overall, it’s a poorly designed and unreliable app.
