The process for submitting missing cashback claims is incredibly time-consuming and frustrating. The customer service is unresponsive, and it feels like Rakuten is prioritizing profits over fulfilling its promises. Overall, it's become a risky gamble – you might get rewarded, but you might not.

Rakuten has potential, but it's plagued by inconsistencies. I've had successful cashback experiences, but also several where my rewards simply vanished. The 'Missing Cash Back' process is a huge hassle, requiring extensive documentation. While the referral program has been a great way to earn rewards, the frequent disappearing of cashback makes it feel unreliable and a bit of a scam. I'm hopeful they can improve their system, but until then, I’m wary of relying on it for my shopping.

This app used to be amazing, but lately it's been a frustrating mess. While I've saved a significant amount of money through referrals, the frequent disappearances of cashback rewards are incredibly annoying.
