This app is incredibly frustrating. The notification sound changed to a super annoying ticking noise, and I've had problems with delayed notifications. It's supposed to save lives, but it's unreliable. Fix the notifications and I’ll change my rating!

Generally good, but the notification problems are concerning. I appreciate the real-time incident information, but I've experienced inconsistent sound playback and delayed alerts. Hopefully, they'll address these issues in a future update.

Okay app, but the notification issues are a HUGE problem! People are complaining about the sound changing, not getting notifications at all, and delays. It needs a serious fix for reliability. I'd give it 5 stars if it actually worked consistently.
