I'm extremely frustrated with this app. It doesn't work reliably, the payment options are limited, and the pricing is constantly increasing. I've wasted so much time trying to access my unit, and the customer service is nonexistent. Public Storage needs to fix this immediately!

This app is a nightmare! It constantly fails to recognize my entry, the payment options are frustrating (only bank transfers!), and the prices keep going up. Plus, Public Storage bought this place, and it's just a disaster. I'm seriously considering moving everything.

The app has some useful features, like remote entry, but it's incredibly unreliable. It frequently disconnects, doesn't unlock the doors, and the pricing changes without notice. Public Storage's management seems to be a major problem.
