This app does what it says it does, but with some frustrating limitations. It’s useful for checking on the status of your submissions, but the interface could be much more user-friendly. The delays in grading are a constant concern, and I wish there was more transparency about the process.

Seriously? The PSA app is completely useless until they actually provide instructions on how to send in cards for grading! It’s just a fancy placeholder. I’ve been waiting months for a single submission to be graded, and the app doesn’t even offer a way to get the process started. It’s a massive waste of time and effort – they're clearly ignoring the needs of their customers. The delays are unacceptable.

While the PSA app is useful for tracking order progress, it definitely has some areas for improvement. The scanning feature was clunky and unintuitive, requiring a lot of frustrating attempts. It’s a shame because PSA’s reputation is great, but the app doesn’t always live up to it. I'd appreciate better integration with eBay and a more polished user experience overall.

This app is fantastic! As a new card collector, I was really impressed with the level of detail and tracking provided. Seeing the updates on my cards' progress – from grading to completion – is incredibly reassuring. The communication with the graders is a huge plus, making the whole process so much smoother. Highly recommend for anyone starting out with PSA grading!
