User #2 reported major problems with the cloud features and transfer speeds. It took two weeks to transfer their photos from an old phone, and the app’s interface is clunky. The developer has to address the slow transfer speeds and the inability to easily export files, making the cloud vault feature essentially useless. It sounds like there are serious usability issues holding this app back.

Okay, this app is a total nightmare! User #1 had a massive issue after an update, losing access to all their photos and videos – over 3,000 files! They’ve been trying to get support, but haven’t heard back. It seems like a serious bug that needs immediate fixing, and the user is understandably frustrated and worried about losing their precious memories.
