Absolutely awful! I booked a hotel through Priceline and was shocked to find it was completely unsafe. The hotel had drug dealers and gunshots in the hallway. I was trying to cancel, but Priceline refused to help, claiming my reservation was non-refundable. They offered no compensation for the terrifying experience and left me stranded and feeling completely betrayed. Never again!

I was incredibly disappointed with Priceline. The app promises deals but then delivers hidden fees and a terrible customer experience. I was constantly bounced between automated systems and unhelpful representatives. Their 'insurance' is a total scam, and the whole process was incredibly stressful. Don't be fooled by the low initial prices.

This is a nightmare! I was charged twice for a hotel stay, and Priceline's customer service is utterly useless. They don't communicate, don't resolve issues, and just keep pushing you around. It took weeks to get a response, and even then, it was just more frustration. Seriously, avoid this company - a complete waste of time and money.
