This app is a scam! They make you prepay and if you leave early you’re stuck. No refunds and customer service is useless. Don't use this!

The app itself is okay, but it's frustrating. You have to watch out for reserved spots, and if you leave early, you're stuck paying for the whole time. It’s clunky and not user-friendly.

Ugh, this app is a nightmare! I got hit with a $120 parking ticket after just a couple of hours, and the app kept freezing. It's super confusing, and they don't explain anything. Avoid!
