It's functional for corporate use, but several users are frustrated that it only relies on the phone and doesn't support other devices like laptops or desktops. Plus, the updates seem to be lacking improvements - a lot of people are unhappy with the lack of updates.

Seriously, this app is a lifesaver! It makes logging in so much easier and more secure, and I'm feeling much safer knowing it's protecting my accounts. Great job!

Okay, but needs some work! Users are saying the UI feels a bit outdated, and there's a strong desire for a simpler way to switch devices. Also, some people find the 'one time passcode' phrasing confusing.
