Okay, let's be real, Philo has a lot of potential, but it's a bit wonky! The price is good, but the app struggles with things like pausing and resuming shows, and sometimes just completely freezes. It's frustrating when you're watching something and it cuts out, especially with all the commercials.

I'm really disappointed with the tracking features. The 'new episode' indicator doesn’t always update, leaving me with shows that still say they’re new even after I've watched them! Plus, the autoplay feature is a nightmare – it keeps randomly starting shows I never watched. It needs a serious overhaul.

This app is seriously glitchy! I’ve had issues with it freezing, losing my place while watching, and the 'new episode' indicator failing to update. It’s a huge waste of time and frustrating when you’re trying to enjoy a show. The customer service also wasn’t helpful when I encountered a technical issue.
