The app feels slow and clunky, especially when trying to make transactions. Also, many users are having problems with their accounts being frozen after upgrading, and there's no clear solution. The customer service isn't helping much either.

Ugh, this app is a mess! My account's frozen, and I'm stuck in a loop trying to update it, but the latest version isn't even on the App Store. Customer service is unresponsive, and it's super frustrating. Needs serious improvements.
