This app is an absolute scam! They promise rewards for non-winning tickets, but the scanning feature is unusable. The camera is glitchy, and it never lets you scan your tickets, let alone redeem any points. It’s a waste of time and a frustrating experience, and the developers need to take immediate action, or just shut the app down.

I've been a loyal user for years, but the latest update has ruined everything. The scanning feature is completely broken, and now I can't redeem my points. It's incredibly frustrating, especially since the older version worked perfectly. The app feels abandoned, and I'm seriously considering deleting it.

This app is a complete disaster! Scanning tickets is nearly impossible – the camera freezes, the app crashes, and it constantly demands my ID. The rewards system is a joke, limiting points to a ridiculously low amount. It's frustrating, unreliable, and makes me question the entire lottery experience. Seriously, Ohio Lottery, fix this NOW!
