Ugh, this app is a nightmare! I can't even sign in, let alone reset my password. It keeps saying my email is registered, even though it's not. Plus, the payment issues are ridiculous – money disappearing and huge charges popping up. Seriously frustrating and needs a massive overhaul!

The app used to be pretty decent, but lately it's just unreliable. I'm constantly getting logged out, can't reset my password, and the lab results updates are nonexistent. I'm stuck waiting on the phone for hours, only to be told to check back in 10-14 days. It’s turning me away from donating.

This app is so inconsistent! Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I've had trouble logging in, and the payment tracking is baffling. It feels like they’re constantly changing the rules, and I'm not sure if I'm getting paid correctly. Needs a serious fix and some clear communication.
