The app itself is okay, but I've had issues with the quality of the products. I received items that were clearly defective or misrepresented. Customer service was slow to respond, and resolution was extremely difficult. The store should take responsibility to make sure what customers are purchasing is in good condition.

I love the idea of this app, but it feels like a constant battle to get items. They are sold out when you try to purchase them. I will never shop from this app or store again!

The worst customer service I have ever received. I waited over 2 weeks for my order to come, and it has never arrived. When I called customer service they were very unhelpful and rude. They just didn’t care. I will never shop here again! I also would never recommend it.

I've always loved Nordstrom Rack and the wide selection of items they offer, however, this app is frustrating. They do not care about helping the consumer. I waited for over 17 days just for a delivery to come and the customer service was just not helpful. Customer service is the worst I have come across!

I ordered items that never arrived! The shipping process with FedEx is a nightmare, and Nordstrom Rack doesn't seem to care. I waited days for a delivery that never happened, and the customer service was useless. Do not order from this site if you value your time and patience.
