I can't say enough good things about the customer service I received from Tom! My elderly mother's frame was completely frozen, and I was panicked. Tom was incredibly patient and walked me through every step to get it working again. He was so kind and helpful, and it's amazing to have such dedicated support. It truly saved Christmas and allowed my mom to enjoy her photos. Thank you, Tom!

I absolutely love this frame! The support I received from Lou was exceptional. She patiently walked me through a complex setup issue – adding photos from multiple family members – and resolved it in under 40 minutes. Her kindness and expertise truly saved the day, especially during this difficult time. Lou is a star!

While the Nixplay frame itself is great and has been a wonderful way to share memories with my family, I’m incredibly frustrated with the recent changes to the subscription model. Nixplay essentially forced me to pay a premium to continue using my existing frame, and now I'm struggling to find my albums within the app. It's a major hassle, and I hope they address this quickly.
