I'm so frustrated! The face scan feature is broken, constantly crashing, and doesn't even resemble my face. It's a waste of time and resources. 2K needs to fix this immediately or scrap it altogether. It’s a disgrace considering the money they make!

This app is a complete disaster! The face scan consistently fails, looks nothing like me, and takes ages to load. It’s incredibly frustrating after waiting so long, and the developers seem to have completely abandoned it. Two stars just for the idea, but honestly, it’s a huge letdown.

The face scan app is a massive disappointment. It's glitchy, inaccurate, and the loading times are ridiculous. It feels like 2K is just throwing something out there to capitalize on the hype without actually caring about making it work. Needs serious improvements!
