The app is unreliable. I've experienced issues with data tracking and billing errors. I've had to spend hours on customer service just to resolve simple problems. It's a huge inconvenience, and I'm not sure it's worth the effort.

This app is a total mess! I've been stuck on the logo for days, and it's incredibly frustrating. Metro needs to fix this ASAP. It's unusable and makes me want to switch carriers.
