The app is inconsistent. Sometimes it works fine, downloading records quickly. Other times, it takes ages to load, and then it just freezes. The biggest issue is the lack of updates; it's been weeks since I've been able to access my recent lab results. Needs serious improvement.

Absolutely terrible! I'm constantly battling to get my medical records. The app crashes constantly, and support is nonexistent. It’s like they don’t care about providing a functional tool for patients. I'm relying on this app to manage my care, and it’s failing miserably.
