The app has some useful features like appointment reminders and the ability to communicate with my doctors, but the performance is unreliable. I frequently encounter errors, and the messaging system is slow and cumbersome. It's not worth the hassle of constantly dealing with technical issues and frustrating navigation. It has potential, but it needs a serious overhaul to be truly useful.

This app is a complete disaster! It used to be amazing, but now it's just unusable. My husband and I relied on it for accessing lab results and specialist notes, but now it’s constantly glitching, giving me ‘Error 50’ messages, and it’s completely unresponsive. It’s incredibly frustrating to have vital medical information inaccessible and to be left with no way to contact my doctors. The patient portal is useless, and the customer service is non-existent.

I’m really disappointed with the current state of this app. While it’s helpful to see upcoming appointments and receive messages from my providers, the user experience is clunky and confusing. It’s overly complicated, requiring multiple clicks and frustrating navigation. It's especially difficult for older patients to use, and the messaging system is incredibly slow and inefficient. I need a way to quickly access my health information, not spend 10 minutes waiting for a message to register.
