The core idea of an app to manage your Epic Pass is good, but the execution is awful. The GPS tracking is incredibly buggy, frequently failing to record data, and the interface is clunky and confusing. It's a frustrating experience, especially when you're relying on it to plan your day on the mountain. I also noticed the app is frequently out-of-date with resort information, such as dining hours.

This app is a complete disaster! The GPS tracking is utterly unreliable – it fails to record any data on most of my ski days, even when the app claims it's tracking. I've wasted countless hours trying to get it to work, and it’s incredibly frustrating. It seems like Vail has completely abandoned this app, and I'm seriously considering switching to Ikon.

While the app has some potential – being able to access lift status and track your vertical is useful – it's held back by significant issues. The GPS tracking is extremely unreliable, often failing to record data, and the interface could be much more intuitive. It feels like a rushed product with too many bugs. They desperately need to fix the GPS tracking and improve the overall user experience.
