The app has potential, but it’s inconsistent. I love that it lets me check in, but it frequently fails to load information or throws errors. I've had to resort to the website to complete tasks. Hopefully, they'll address the stability issues.

This app is a complete disaster! I've had nothing but problems – it constantly crashes, won't accept my photos for check-in, and throws me error messages. I wasted so much time trying to use it, and I ended up having to go to the front desk every time. Seriously frustrating!

The mobile check-in is okay when it works, but the app is incredibly buggy. It frequently gives me error messages, especially when trying to use the digital key. It's unreliable and makes the whole process more complicated than it needs to be. I wish they would prioritize fixing the bugs.
